At The Wander Shop, our goal is to make sure you love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help!
Returns
We gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued via email.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Jewelry
- Socks
- Undergarments
- Sale items

Please email returns@thewandershop.com and we'll be happy to assist.
To ensure availability, we recommend purchasing the desired size as soon as possible. Once we receive your original item, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment for approved exchanges.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as The Wander Shop is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
- If your return package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
